      1. 80/20 πŸ˜€ I am trying to hit that as well. Been doing mostly slow since last January and look forward to summer to really enjoy it. If I stick with it (6 times a week) I noticed I improve around 10 seconds per km per month. Do you have a similar rate?

      2. I’ve only been trying this for a few months since after my asthma diagnosis in September
So far it’s working for me – asthma behaving and also my pace is improving in zone 2 or when doing hill reps on the same route.
It was hard work initially but yes starting to see benefits
Will stick with it through to my next ironman this summer

      3. What I love is the energy afterwards. Hardly anything can mess up my mood after a slow run. It really is hard at times though … but worth it! I probably would have gotten seriously injured otherwise …
I bet the huge base will be invaluable for completing your ironman.
