  1. Truly amazing pictures! ‘Only’ 1.5 hours?!!!! I know you have your own goals but 1.5 hours sounds like a major achievement! So will you repeat this week in your plan, or just let it pass and continue with your plan unadjusted?

    1. Oh an additional thought. I think I am OK with it. I did increase my fitness, albeit only a tiny bit. So I think anything is OK as long as it’s between 6 and 7 hours per week. I want to keep loving it and so if I don’t feel like it, I cut it short. Maybe it’s my way of listening to my body. Better than to overtrain which I would tend to due to my perfectionist tendencies. The limits/targets are there for my safety and not pressure if it makes sense.
