Another nice day for mizzle slopping

1 hour and 10 minutes done … went by too fast … heartrate went to a new max high, because I couldn’t resist the hill …

I can just say that this goes into my 20% budget for higher zones or forget it and be good tomorrrow.

I had a blast though 😀

      1. Hey,
        Thanks so much for trying.
Sorry I don’t think there is. I have tried googling it but no joy, which is really sad.

      2. Yes! I am getting crazy with all the different wordpress reader vs site settings lol. I just never check the email, and love it when I can read stuff in the reader. I just bookmark your blog and have to remember it then! The cherry protein ice cream … I can’t get it out of my head!

      3. I know! It’s so confusing. It was overwhelming to move from wordpress.com to wordpress.org!

Hehe you’ll have to give it a go. It’s super easy if you’ve got a good blender

      1. You’re like me and avoid running in the heat of the day? I guess it’s hard to keep heartrate low when your body’s working to cool down as well. I just hate heat as I’m fair skinned. It’s the basis for our superior mizzleability though 🙂

      2. Yes – heat is enemy number one for low heartrates! However I am considering performing some super serious science experiments to see if there aren’t any tricks to lower my heartrate even more to make summer running bearable. Hydration … lack of caffeine … even more sleep … eating before running (shock) … any ideas welcome 😀

    1. Absolutely! All the easy, slow runs are investments, just can’t withdraw too much at once or I can’t live off the dividends. This probably only makes sense in my head … and we haven’t even looked at accumulated fatigue 😀

      1. Well I have been thinking if I shall not do the same … or at least try to really make sure to not exceed the 144 for at least 3 months … I should have enough practise now to keep myself in check. It is just so hard if things are right and I am bursting full of energy. I will keep up with your progress that should motivate me as well 😀
