There we go!

Had a fabulous time today. I did go run in the park which includes a 15 minute warm up walk up a hill so I can be sure I don’t get the heartrate spike in the first minutes. I then continued on for an hour, passing by ‘my’ track, admiring the daphodiles:

… and completely loosing it, sprinting across the grass fields …

My heartrate went up to 183 … now I feel awesome and hope that this was enough to get me out of my funk and back to building my base. Maybe that was needed.
