Love for Oats

This stuff is delicious, quick and good for fixing craving sweets!

My favourite is:

Apples & cinnamon

Most eaten:

Frozen berries and chia seeds

Here is the base:

Oatflakes (buy organic and bulk)

Mix in the specials with the oats.

Add something to sweeten (maple syrup, sugar etc)

Almond milk to cover it all

Put in the microwave for a couple of minutes (i.e. 5 for frozen, 3 for the apple).

 

Yummy!
