Porcini Gravy

Olive oil

Leeks and garlic

Porcini mushrooms

~ 2 cups Veg Bouillon

Spices to taste (I like to use the same spices than I use in the main dish i.e. rosemary)

Once all is lovely add mixed:

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 cup red wine

Arrowroot starch
